Computing at Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School
"A high-quality computing education equips pupils to use computational thinking and creativity to understand and change the world. Computing also ensures that pupils become digitally literate - able to use, and express themselves and develop their ideas through information and communication technology - at a level suitable for the future workplace and as active participants in a digital world."
Purpose of Study, Computing Programmes of Study 2014
At Corpus Christi Computing is delivered using the Sheffield Primary Computing Scheme of Work. It enables children to make, refine and critically evaluate digital content as active participants in our digital world. This benefits them in terms of their personal safety, economic potential and ability to influence the world around them.
